UN Accuses Israel of Collective Punishment in Wake of Tel Aviv Attacks
Israel’s response to Wednesday’s Tel Aviv terror attack that killed four Israelis could be considered collective punishment against Palestinians, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Zeid Ra'ad Al-Hussein said on Friday.
